About Ellie

Since I was 13, I've worked as a babysitter, nanny, and now a lead teacher at a daycare. I have experience with lesson planning and creating age-appropriate activities that support development. I have extensive hands-on experience with infants (my favorite!) and have worked with children from 6 weeks to 11+ years old. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time while ensuring each child feels safe and supported. Safety and comfort always come first, but I also believe childhood should be fun. I value strong communication with families and building positive, trusting relationships. I'm comfortable driving, tutoring, supervising swimming, meal prepping, light housekeeping, and I love pets. I'm currently earning my Master's in School Counseling at Johns Hopkins University and am looking for consistent, reliable work that fits with my class schedule.
