About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella, a college student majoring in Child Development with a minor in Child Psychology. I have 7 years of hands-on childcare experience, including working in both daycare settings and through a nanny agency. I specialize in caring for children from newborn to 5 years old, however I have experience with all ages. I am CPR and First Aid certified and I am also studying to become an Emergency Medical Technician. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment for the little ones I care for. I love building strong relationships with both children and parents, and I'm committed to helping families feel supported every step of the way.
