Hi, my name is Ella! I have five years of experience caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs such as autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory differences. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and a safe place to grow, and I strive to provide that with consistency and compassion. I love planning fun, age-appropriate activities--whether reading, playing outside, or helping with homework--and I'm happy to assist with meals, light tidying, or transportation. Special needs care is especially close to my heart. I've been involved in special needs ministry since I was four, and I've spent the past three years working professionally while also volunteering with adults in this community. I see each child as a gift and feel called to care with gentleness and kindness. In my free time, I enjoy coffee with friends, line dancing, and hiking in God's beautiful creation!
