About Ella

I'm passionate about caring for children, and I have three years of experience as a childcare provider. I'm drawn to taking care of children because I cherish making a positive impact on their lives and I love the joy and fulfillment that comes with spending time children. I would describe myself as patient, adventurous, and calm. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child/children. I have most experience caring for children 3+ , but I'm open to care for younger. In addition to typical childcare roles, I also volunteer an hour a week at my college to mentor a 7-year-old boy. With most of my college education, I am a rising senior, under my belt, I'm dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development. I have a car and I'm comfortable with taking care of pets in addition to children.
