I understand the importance of clear communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether that's through daily updates, regular phone calls, or a parenting app. Regarding household rules, I believe in consistency and following the parents' lead to ensure a harmonious environment for the child. My approach to playtime is all about educational games that make learning fun. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience with all age groups, from infants to preteens.
