Ella is the best! She was with our son for one year (we then decided to send him to school). She truly treated our son like her own child or grandchild. She always arrived on time, was responsive and accommodating. She helped enforce the structure that we set in place for him. Not only did she undertake all responsibilities related to him but she went above and beyond as well. She added such a bright spot to our family. I'm truly sad to see her go.
