About Elizabeth
Experience: 7 yrs
I tutored students from 4th to 12th grade. The focus on the older students was to get them to pass math MCAS and I had a 100% success rate. With the younger students the focus was on drill(flash cards and multiple problems). With all students, I covered upcoming class lessons, giving tips and tricks and different learning strategies. I also taught middle and high school maths.
Most recent review
Quit with three day notice and no reason given, put us in a difficult spot in regards to tutoring for our high school student. During the interview process she indicted that she left the employment of a previous family because she "didn't like them" which should have been a red flag. Tutoring is a service, and should not be based on whether you personally "like" someone or not. I hope she extends more courtesy to future clients.
