About Rachael

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With 10 years of experience and a Master's in Education and Montessori certification, I specialize in creating personalized learning paths that build lasting confidence. As a certified teacher experienced with IEP and 504 plans, I thrive when supporting students who need tailored approaches to master complex concepts. I assess individual learning styles through active observation and open dialogue, ensuring our sessions remain engaging by connecting lessons to your personal interests. I believe clear communication with families is vital to our collaborative success. Whether we are breaking down challenging math problems or refining study skills, I celebrate every light bulbmoment as we work toward your goals. I am eager to help you succeed, and I truly look forward to the journey of learning we will share together.
