Hi, my name is Elizabeth, but I go by Grandma Cookie! My journey in childcare started with my own siblings. I took care of my brothers and sisters growing up & then eventually had my own kids when I was just 18 years old. I learned so much raising my 8 children from patience, to safety, and all the little things in between that they don't teach you in books or online videos. My years of experience as a mom had given me the opportunity to take my skills and expertise in childcare to other families in need. So, for years I had done just that until I retired in the industry. However, as my kids started having children of their own, it reminded me the beauty and joy I experienced in childcare and made me want to revisit working with families again, so here I am!
