About Elizabeth

Hi There! My name is Elizabeth, but please call me Lizzy. I recently relocated to San Francisco from Boston with my boyfriend. I am looking to help out any families that need extra help with their kids, pets, or everyday needs. To tell you a little bit about myself - I was born and raised on the East Coast, nannying and babysitting every summer I was able to. I grew up as intense athlete, which encouraged me to study Nutrition in college. Since graduating, I've worked as a nutritionist, helping all different types of individuals learn to eat and move for wellness and longevity. My education and experience has inspired me to continue helping others learn to care for themselves, live in a balanced way, and try new things. I can guarantee that your children and/ or pets will feel heard, supported, and encouraged with me as their sitter. I absolutely adore children of all ages, and I'm so excited to share all of my nutrition, health, and self care knowledge with them.
