Hello, my name is Ely and I have 23 years training experience with children of all ages. Most recently, I was a family who had two children, ages 18 months and 3 years. In the past I have taken care of newborns all the way up to 6 years old. I have my own transportation and a good driving record. I like to teach children values and respect while we are having fun learning. I am looking for full time job and I like to start as soon is possible, I am available as early as 6 a.m. in the morning. I have professional references and I am happy to provide them upon request. Although working in childcare can be challenging, I find it very natural, rewarding and fulling. More often than not kids take very natural to me and I am able to build a happy, safe and secure relationship with children. It is very important for me that both the children as much as the parents can feel a strong sense of security when away from one another.

Elizabeth interviewed with our family last week, and we hired her. She came for a training day last week, and we agreed on compensation, and she was scheduled to start full time work with us yesterday (except she asked for Thursday off due to a preexisting commitment). We had agreed to compensation, and we already let the other candidates go. She did not show up for work, no calls, no emails, no return calls, no return emails. We have been terribly worried that she has been hurt. She knew I had a big meeting for work this morning, and our son was looking forward to seeing her - he asked numerous times why she did not come. We have no explanation for what happened, but if she changed her mind, we would have appreciated the personal and professional courtesy of letting us know.
