I have tons of experience with kids, and love being creative and exploring with them! In high school, I taught Sunday school at my church, and directed a children's choir. I started babysitting in my teens, and also tutoring local kids in Math and English. After college, I won the title of Miss Virginia 2011, which allowed me to embark on a school tour where I traveled the state and spoke to elementary-high school students about bullying and drug and alcohol abuse. In 2012, I moved to NYC and began working for a family in the Upper East side. I am very artistic, and consider myself a kid at heart, so nannying is fun for me! I was working in a restaurant before the pandemic, so I am looking for a part time nanny job in Brooklyn or lower Manhattan for the next few months with the option to extend if it's the right fit :).
