About Truda

I have been working with children for 10 years now. In high school I worked as a babysitter and as a summer camp councilor. I took care of the same children for 9 years, either part or full-time. I have also worked as a teachers' assistant and with children who have been taken away from their families due to neglect and abuse. I graduated Kenyon college and moved to Dallas where I worked in a school as a Kindergarten co-teacher. In New York, I have worked as both a nanny and a tutor. I am now studying to become a child psychologist. Working with kids is my calling and I cannot wait until I can help make a positive difference in their lives through education and care.

We met with Truda about a month ago and agreed to hire her to start the following week pending her sending us references which she promised to do. She ended up ghosting us with no explanation. I would warn anyone looking to hire her that she may not come through and will leave you in a bind finding childcare like she did to us. I understand things happen but you need to have to courtesy to inform people when things change.
