Ellie seemed like a great fit but unfortunately texted to cancel our interview 11 minutes before she was supposed to show up. It was frustrating since we had planned our schedule around it. She did not provide any excuse or plan to reschedule. Upon prompting, she said something had come up this week and she was no longer interested. It seems she could have easily given us more advanced notice and makes us question her reliability.
