I'm a mother of two kids (now 27 and 25 years old) and I have an incredible passion for children. I've worked as a teacher and substitute teacher for 20+ years. And after college I ran a childcare center for 3 years. With my own kids all grown up and out of the house, I am always looking to be surrounded by kids and embrace the joy that children bring. I would love to help out with any of your childcare needs! This past summer I had two different nanny positions, one was working with an 8 months old and the other was 18 months old. I also helped out another family off and on with a 2-month-old little girl. I'd describe my personality as caring, passionate, and outgoing. I like working with kids because they are the joy of life to me. In my spare time, I like to mountain bike, run, play pickleball, ski, visit my children, and just be outdoors! Lizzie is so personable and loved playing and interacting with my daughter. My daughter is an eight year old iPad kid and Lizzie was able to get her away from the iPad and play games and interact. Lizzie is also great with pets and I have a hyper dog that she did not mind.
