I am a National Board Certified Teacher who has been teaching for 14 years. I have years of experience working with students in grades K-12 with emotional, physical, and cognitive needs outside of the regular classroom. I work with students who have BIPs, IEPs, and modifications on a daily basis. My patience, consistency, and focus on the individual child has made me a highly qualified teacher in my field. I love to incorporate play, music, and movement with my interactions with children. As a mother of two, I understand what is needed to make a child feel safe, cared for, and valuable.
