Ellie has been our nanny for almost a year, and we can proudly say that she's the absolute best caregiver we could have asked for our toddler. - When Ellie started out last year, our 9 month old was extremely clingy to us and had major separation anxiety. Ellie was willing to work as a team with us to help our son get through the difficulties. She came up with ideas such as social stories that we can practice at home to prepare him for the transition. She was extremely patient through this process, and did not give up, even though it took weeks for our toddler to get over his anxious moments. - Ellie helped our son communicate using signs as his first words. With consistent practice, our son learned to say more, thank you, all done, please, wait, and so many more words. She helped him be an independent eater, taught him age-appropriate activities, and ALWAYS made sure that he was safe. We love that always has ideas for DIY activities to keep him busy and inquisitive. SHE IS THE BEST!
