Personality I am outgoing and my lively and warm nature allows me to connect easily with children and adults alike. I also have over 20 years in health care working with adults and children in all age groups. I decided to take a break from health care and be a Nanny. Experience with Children I have significant experience working with children, having raised five of my own. With four adult children and one still in elementary school, I understand the different stages of development and the needs associated with each.
