About Eli

Howdy! I'm Eli, I've just moved to the area and am really looking forward to getting to know your kiddos. I have a bit of a niche background working with kids, besides babysitting my own infant sibling from 15 yrs old until she could head to daycare, my first job was with my Tribe as a daycare assistant. Even after I moved on from this position I continued to work with kids by facilitating educational field trips with kids from 2 - 12 where they got to discover how our community garden worked, go on farm tours, and explore the local tide pools. I'm looking for a job that provides me with the space to continue classes at Evergreen as I pursue a Bachelors in the Native Pathways Program, but doesn't dull me down with the slog of a boring 9-5. I find working with children invigorating and I'm excited to give local families a helping hand in the process! I hope I have the opportunity to create a safe environment for your little ones, where they can play hard and learn harder!
