About Charity

Most of my background has been working with kids between the ages of 6 to 15. I worked at WAYA Outdoor Camp every summer through 2024, starting in high school and sticking with it for eight years. Around Covid, I became a swim instructor at a local pool, then worked as a lifeguard at my college pool, and later nannied three little girls down the street from me for about a year. I'm currently a swim instructor at an athletic club where I'm highly trusted and respected. This would just be a side thing to that job. I'm CPR, first aid, and lifeguard certified. I'm also the oldest of five siblings, so I'm pretty well equipped to handle sibling fights. I'm well-educated. I earned my bachelor's degree in Tribal Governance from The Evergreen State College and came back for my Master's in Public Administration. I just finished my first year and have one year left. I'm smart, artsy, funny, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with kids.
