Eli was great!  We hired her to watch our 2 year old daughter while she was stuck in a leg cast.  Our daughter quickly warmed to Eli and started enthusiastically chatting with Eli each day she came.  Eli was helpful in taking our daughter out and about despite her leg cast, and she shared lots of updates about how the day was going to give us confidence that things were going well.  We'd definitely hire her for future childcare needs.

Eli is everything you could want in a nanny; she's loving, fun, experienced, extremely responsible, patient and conscientious. I never had to worry about my son when she was caring for him because I could trust her completely. She loved him as her own (and still does) and took her role very seriously. Eli is very prompt and responsive. She kept us well informed about our son's activities throughout the day and always kept track of any items we needed for him. She was always thinking about what was best for him and what he might enjoy. She's active and fun and loved taking our son out to the park/playground. I have endless videos of the two of them throwing water balloons, swinging on the swings together and playing in the snow. She is such an engaged and present nanny. Our son was her entire focus from the moment she arrived until the moment she left; singing songs, reading books and always chatting with him. Eli is absolutely the best nanny out there and we love her!

Eli was our son's nanny from the time he was 3 months - 1 year old, when a scheduling conflict forced us to find a replacement caregiver. Eli is a very trustworthy and reliable person, very punctual and conscientious about her duties. Eli helped us through many important 'firsts' with our new baby when I had to return to work full time. 

She was instrumental in establishing a solid daily nap routine and in helping our son learn how to fall asleep independently in his crib at nap time. Thanks to Eli's gentle persistence he has very good napping and eating habits and is very familiar with the rhythm of each day.

Eli is a great nanny and companion for little kiddos, she made our son feel happy and secure, allowing my husband and I to feel at ease while we were at work during the day.

For new mothers heading back to work, Eli is absolutely the best care giver anyone could hope for.  She is exceptionally wonderful with infants.  She cared for our son for more than 8 months, and provided me the peace of mind that he was in safe and capable hands.  She is unfailingly dependable and trustworthy.  I'd recommend her 10x over to anyone who needs to leave their new infant in great hands.  Any family would be lucky to have her.

Elidig took care of our two kids, 1 and 3 years old, with incredible warmth and joy. She made them laugh, feel loved and cared for when we were at work. She also left the apt in great order, putting toys, dishes and clothes away after she put the kids to bed with no problems. I can totally recommend her especially to a family seeking a Spanish speaking sitter. We are tri lingual and wanted her to speak Spanish only. She would go outside, visit parks, playgrounds and museums etc and was always on time and also available on a short notice.
We went away for the summer and now our kids are in preschool but we already have hired her again for occasional evenings or weekends.

Elidig has cared for my toddler son for the last 5 months.
I can tell she really cares about him. She is fun, light-hearted but most importantly, calm. She patiently works through my toddler's outbursts and frustrations with ease and decorum. 
She takes Z out to lots of different places - the zoo, the botanic gardens, different playgrounds - they are never at a loss for something to do. Whenever I come home, it's to a little boy that really seems to have had a lovely day. He's happy, bubbly and amenable. 
And she spoke Spanish almost exclusively to him, with the result that his Spanish has improved enormously over the last 3 months.

The only reason Elidig isn't working with us anymore is because she is looking for more hours than I can presently accommodate. But yes, I would definitely hire her again. 



Elidig is a wonderful caregiver! She is punctual, kind, caring and genuinely interested in my son. She is great with specific instructions about feeding and sleep and I never worried when I left my son in her care, even though he was only 4 months old. She left his room tidy and all of his belongings neatly organized. I loved working with her and would hire again for sure! 

Elidig cared for my 1 year old twins from about their 6-7 months. Through out this critical developmental stage Elidig has been an absolute blessing! She is punctual, super caring, attentive and respectful of following detailed instructions. Best of all she was able to mange my 2 little guys during their transition from eating solids to walking! We are very happy with Elidig as she has vast experience in working with diverse families and works hard to keep you updated on all aspects of her care taking.
