About Elianne

My experience with tutoring English and literature comes from my background in English and literature studies, and my experience with tutoring in the CU Boulder Writing Center as a peer tutor. I completed a class in order to work as a tutor, and I'm comfortable tutoring students at many levels, from early middle school, to high school, to college, and even graduate level students! I am completing an English minor and an Architecture major, and I earned a score of a five on my AP literature exam. I am familiar with many methods of teaching and prioritize maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and good tutor-student relationship as the foundations for effective and engaged learning. I tutor while keeping an open mind and attitude and I love to help students tackle their challenges and build a better understanding of English and literature!
