With over 10 years of professional childcare experience, I bring a thoughtful, developmentally informed approach to working with children and supporting families. I hold both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology with a concentration in child development, which has given me a strong foundation in social-emotional growth, behavior, communication, and early learning. My professional background includes two years working at an autism center with children ages 2-12, where I developed experience providing individualized support tailored to each child's unique needs and temperament. I currently work at a private preschool with 3-year-olds, implementing the Reggio Emilia approach, which emphasizes creativity, independence, curiosity, and respectful, child-led learning.
