About Eleni

Hi! My name is Lena and I'm originally from Massachusetts and Vermont. I graduated from Yale University in 2020 with a BA in Art and have been living/working in NYC since. As the daughter of a former pre-school director, I have a deep love for kids of all ages and go crazy over a great children's book. My recent work experience is mostly within the fine art world (working at galleries/artist studios) but I'll be starting my MFA at Hunter College this fall and am looking for work in the meantime. In the summer of 2020, I organized a home-based outdoor art camp for some local Vermont children. In 2019, I interned in the education department at The Met, creating curriculum and working with children at events. I also spent many years as a camp counselor in my teens! Recently, I've done occasional babysitting mostly during evenings while working different day jobs. Overall, I'm just a super friendly and competent person and I'd love to hear about what you and your family are looking for.
