Lena is calm, warm, and incredibly dependable. She was deeply involved in our children’s development, eating habits, and sleep schedules, and handled daily routines with confidence and care. She has great instincts, communicates clearly, and always approached her role with professionalism and respect. She also traveled with us on both family and work trips so we could stay close to our children, and she handled those situations with total ease and reliability. In all the time she worked with us, she was never late and never missed a day. We only stopped working with Lena due to a relocation that made commuting impossible. She is so missed, and any family would be extremely lucky to have her. We recommend her wholeheartedly.
