About Elena

Hi! I'm Elena, a bilingual childcare professional, educator, tutor, and family assistant with 13+ years of experience working with children from newborns through teens. I've worked in daycares and schools as a teacher, and I've also been a nanny and at-home tutor, giving me experience with a wide range of ages, needs, personalities, and learning styles. I provide loving childcare, tutoring, teaching, developmentally appropriate activities, meal prep and feeding, school pickups/drop-offs, and household organization. I also have experience supporting children with disabilities, developmental differences, and challenging behaviors. I use a compassionate, developmentally appropriate approach focused on understanding behavior, setting boundaries, emotional regulation, and teaching positive skills.
