About Elena

I am an English major at UNCC, graduating this summer. I have 5+ years of customer service experience, and am organized, analytical, and a problem-solver. I am punctual and friendly and love helping others find their skills and the fun in reading and writing-it's always been my favorite school subject! I am a skilled writer and editor with experience in journalistic writing & professional editing. I love argumentative and critical writing, but love film, media and creative writing as well. I plan to eventually earn my teaching license and teach high school or post-secondary English. I also hope to attend graduate school. In my spare time, I love to go to concerts, see movies, hang out with friends and travel.
