Ella is punctual, dependable and is passionate about caring for children. She took great care of both my kiddos and they always have a wonderful time with her. One thing that stood out is that she took the initiative to learn some sign language so she could communicate better with one of my children. She is attentive, communicates well with parents and gives me peace of mind whenever she is caring for my kiddos. I would recommend her to family and friends. We are planning to have her watch our kids overnight this summer. Any family would be lucky to have her as a caregiver.
