Hi there, I'm Eleanor! I've worked full time with children for many years and am passionate about developing good habits and showering love. My experience revolves almost entirely around infants (even twins!) as early childhood development and schedule making are my favorites. I am primarily looking to only work with babies at this time (but would love to stay with the family past that!), and am seeking a part or full time position. For the past two years I have been working on a brain development study (also working with infants here!) but am wrapping up soon and would like to take a year or so to slow down, help raise a baby or two, and focus on my pottery outside of work. Elenor was our nanny for our daughter from 3-12 months of age. She IS amazing and we will miss her dearly! I was a new mom and her knowledge and prior experience were so helpful. She was willing to offer suggestions and advice when appropriate, but also very eager to follow our lead too. She has a wonderful calm demeanor, that is so welcomed when you are stressed and sleep deprived. In addition, she had a great way of defusing our VERY high energy dog, which was a pleasant surprise and sealed the deal for us! Can't recommend her enough. Any family would be lucky to have her.
