Elaura worked with my uncle for six weeks. She did a good job when she was there and he did like her. However, of those six weeks, she only made all of her shifts one of the weeks. She constantly texted me that she wasn't going to make it (at least once a week) with hardly any notice, leaving me scrambling to arrange my schedule last minute to make it to his home to see that he had a meal and help with personal care. Several times I wouldn't see the text until it was past time for him to have eaten. When I asked her to call instead of text if she wouldn't be able to make her shift, she had some anonymous person text me 7 minutes before her shift that Elaura's phone was broken and she wouldn't be able to make her shifts for the next couple of days. It's really too bad that she was so unreliable, because my uncle misses her. I would not recommend her due to her unreliability and lack of truthfulness.
