I have 4years experience of taking care babies/kids with special needs. I worked as a nanny/babysitter for an adorable 12month old boy with austism and developmental delays, as well with 6yr old kid with ADHD and food allergies. Being a babysitter/nanny, I made sure that I maintain a calm environment, being patient and give them lots of love and care, prepare activities that make them relax and enjoy. Help them to learn how to do new things and follow the child's routine. When administering medicine, I always follows parents guidance and only if I was instructed to do so.
