About Elaina

Hi, my name is Elaina, but most people call me Lainey! I have extensive experience in childcare, ranging from infants as young as 12 weeks to children up to 15 years old. I have worked in daycare settings, as well as with children with special needs. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have supported children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), ADHD, Down syndrome, and more. Beyond basic childcare, I am happy to assist with homework, promote screen-free engagement through fun and stimulating activities, and help with errands such as grocery shopping and travel. My goal is to create a safe, enriching, and positive environment for every child in my care.
