Eileen was a total angel! She showed up at a time when we just started using caretakers for my very independent mother. My mom really wasn't connecting and having a hard time with the rotating door of caregivers from other services. Eileen put my mom at ease and they become fast friends. They had wonderful conversations about my mom's life and many adventures. She was very respectful and always helped my mom in a way that made my mom feel like she was still in control without feeling diminished. Eileen was great in the kitchen, doing housework and always on top of reminders for my mom. She is a great communicator and followed all the protocols as they were laid out. In the end, she even came to visit in the hospital and still reaches out to make sure I'm handling the grief of losing my mom. I can't recommend her enough.
