About Eileen

I'm an experienced, thoughtful educator with 16 years of experience teaching general elementary music. In addition to music instruction, I taught extensively in Spanish and supported both FLES and dual-language immersion programs. I tutor in Music, Musical Instruments (especially wind/double-reed), Foreign Language, English Language Arts, Test Prep, and Computers. I'm bilingual English-Spanish, and have a background in psychology and French. I've worked with diverse populations and varied environments including elite private schools, international schools, and Title I public schools. I'm passionate about supporting students with ADHD, autism, learning differences, special needs, as well as English Language Learners of all ages. I have taught both in-person and remotely, as well.
