We’ve had a wonderful experience with Eileen nannying for our now three month old daughter! She’s extremely dependable, timely, and responsive/great at communicating. It’s clear how passionate she is about children by witnessing how she interacts with our daughter and the relationships she maintains with previous families she’s worked with. She is super attentive and caring with our daughter, and makes a big effort to be creative with activities between naps. She picked up on our daughter’s routine and needs quickly and has shared helpful tips with us, while also being very respectful of our  preferences. She’s also great with our two (very energetic and large) dogs. She’s very competent with children and prioritizes safety which is comforting to us as parents. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a knowledgeable, dependable and caring nanny!
