About Efrain

Hello, My name is efrain. I am originally from Colombia. Besides my professional experience working as a house manager/personal assistant for the last +4 years, I have experienced playing soccer professionally and coaching kids from different ages to develop mental and physical skills. I love helping my students/players become better at soccer or any other physical activity. I like working not only on the physical skills but also on the mental part of the game which is related to life itself. I consider myself a mentor and a positive influence for those around me.
