I am currently a single mom with a 13-year-old and one on the way! I am looking for a live-in opportunity where I can exchange daily companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, or errand running with discounted/included rent, depending on the situation. I am experienced with caring for those living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and stroke. Lately in my personal life I cared for my infant son who was born with severe heart complications and lived solely in the ICU for 6 months. While there I discovered my ability and passion for patient advocacy and mentorship of other medical parents. I can be that for you if you find yourself on an overwhelming or emotional medical journey. For the young and young at heart, if needed I can attend medical appointments, helping engage with doctors and advocating on behalf of a patient. I am experienced with taking instructions and plans from a provider and incorporating that information into every day life.
