About Edrian

Edrian helped us take care of my father while under hospice. We employed Edrian directly and overlaid it with Medicare-paid hospice which included 3-4 visits per week by Health Aids, LVNs and RNs. Edrian had a very positive, can-do attitude. He agreed to meet me and my father at the hospital for our very first meeting. He helped us transport supplies home from the hospital. He worked well with all the other health care professionals at our house. He spent extra time to purchase anything extra that could help my father. And he especially worked well with my step-mother who had to adjust from zero help to 10 hr days, 7 days per week of in-home caregiving. Edrian 's experience showed in the way he handled care, including lifting my much larger father from bed to wheelchair by himself, keeping him dry at night, and safe during difficult feedings. My father passed away in his sleep. Edrian spent the next day helping us and comforting us. He even checked in on us weeks after his assignment ended. He was the one person I counted on throughout the process when there were multiple opinions on care. When I think about the positives of my father's last weeks, I lean on the fact that his caregivers were excellent, with Edrian shouldering the bulk of the care 6 days per week. I will be blessed if Edrian is available when our family needs him again.
