In my native country Colombia I earned 3 years of experience working with special needs children. Once coming here to California I was able to take classes in college for child development, as well as working in a day care for 2 years. After that I made my own daycare and had it for 6 years. With my own daycare I was able to take care of 2 out of my 3 kids one of which has ADD. I understand the needs and patience that is needed for these children. I have all the capabilities from punctuality, readiness, being caring and going the extra mile even when it is not asked. Also, spanish is my native language in which I speak fluently in.
