Hi! I'm Dede, and I have over 9 years of childcare experience caring for children from infancy through 16 years old. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can thrive. I have 3 years of experience caring for a child on the autism spectrum with ADHD, including following routines and administering prescribed oral medication. I also have experience caring for three children with speech delays, supporting their communication through patience and consistency. In addition, I've cared for children with Type 1 diabetes by supervising their care plan and daily routine and communicating with parents (I did not administer insulin injections). I'm also experienced with twins, potty training, meal preparation, homework help, transportation, and light housekeeping.
