About Edie

I'm an energetic and deeply caring child care provider. I love helping kids grow developmental skills through play and activities. I'm currently a student majoring in psychology and child education at SC. I am passionate about working with children who have disabilities. I'm an experienced cook and enjoy doing meal prep as well as cooking activities with kids. I like working with kids because kids are smart and curious individuals, and I love getting to support them in their journeys! In my spare time, I like to do ceramics and spend time with friends, family, and pets. One thing you should know about me is that I hope to funnel my passion of helping kids into becoming a child occupational therapist. I worked a summer internship at FAC, where I saw the amazing benefits OT had to offer children! My skills include navigating conflicts, compassion, and being present.
