About Eden

I'd describe my personality as unique, grounded, and humorous I like working with kids because they are usually the funniest more genuine people in any given room. Kids see the world from a simpler, kinder, and smarter perspective than adults. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with kids and be the extra hands that parents need. I started working with kids as a babysitter since I was in middle school. I babysat throughout high school and college to help pay for books and other expenses. Was a full time nanny for my1-year-old nephew over the summer and I spend time with my niblings as often as humanly possible. In my spare time, I like to knit sweaters, read, write, bake, play board games, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I think the best way to connect and teach kids is through playing. My skills include connecting easily with kids, staying patient even in stressful moments, and teaching through play.
