It is so refreshing to find a babysitter who takes initiative and not have to explain everything or worry about my 20 month old son. Noor is full of energy and is great at making up games. She is the queen of distractions - If my son is upset she can redirect him really quickly before he has a meltdown or if I need to sneak out without him seeing me she makes it easy. She is tidy and cleans up after all the playing and eating. I would highly recommend her 💜
