20 years of experience have instilled in me a deep passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being. My previous roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one means respecting their independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, and hospice services. I also assist with errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I have completed some college, and I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I'm eager to bring my experience and dedication to your family.
