About Shantel

Making a positive impact in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. As a caregiver with one year of experience and some college education, I am patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have First Aid Training and adapt to changing routines or unexpected challenges. I respect care recipients' independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, and I always follow their preferred method.
