Hi! My name is Dymon (pronounced like diamond ) I have a background in youth development and education. I'm passionate about helping children with emotional development, routines, and confidence-building. Im currently in school so I'm looking for a more flexible and personal setting. I am Comfortable caring for multiple children of varying ages, from toddlers to preteens. My child care philosophy is simple: keep them safe, make them smile, and let them have fun. I believe kids thrive when they feel secure, seen, and encouraged to explore. I'd describe my personality as patient, playful and dependable I like working with kids because I get to be part of their growth and joy. One thing you should know about me is I take my role seriously, but I always bring warmth, flexibility, and good energy into any space I'm in. I'll treat your kids with kindness and care, just like I would want someone to treat mine.
