Dylan was our nanny for our new born and toddler for several years and continued to be our regular sitter for many more. There is likely not enough room here for me to share all the wonderful things about Dylan! In terms of Dylan’s relationship with us as parents, Dylan was communicative, warm, sent us photos while we were working, recorded the kids’ eating/napping/etc as requested and needed, reliable, consistently used excellent judgment, and Dylan had a lot of experience and wisdom to share with us as newer parents. We felt like we were a team of three raising our littles. With the kids, Dylan was warm, loving, playful, attuned, engaged in gentle redirection as needed, found fun and creative ways for the babies/toddlers/kids to spend their time, took them out to various places that would interest and engage them. My kids are now pre-teens and they still have a very strong relationship with Dylan as Dylan has put in continued effort to foster that over the years. I would recommend dylan to care for children of any age (as well as pets, which we had 3 of, and they all benefited from Dylan’s tenderness and care!).
