Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math and English for elementary and middle school students. I hold American Tutoring Association certified and Individualized Education Programs (IEP) credentials. My approach centers on active listening to identify your unique learning style, which allows me to tailor my methods effectively. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps to build your momentum and confidence. I believe clear, consistent communication between students, parents, and myself creates the collaborative environment necessary for success. Watching a student's confidence bloom as they master new skills remains the most rewarding part of my work. I am comfortable with pets and happy to meet at your home or the library to help you thrive.
