Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly with those I care for. I have one year of experience and some college education. I am also trained in CPR. I can adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and redirect attention when needed. I understand the importance of earning trust. I provide verbal updates during visits and follow each family's preferred communication method. I can assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. Ultimately, I hope to bring a sense of ease and joy to your loved one's day, just as I would for my own family.
