Bringing a calm and compassionate approach to caregiving is my priority. For the past four years, I've been dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence. I am experienced in providing transportation, running errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also offer mobility assistance and dementia care. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or agitation. I have a college degree and I am CPR and First Aid certified. I always communicate with families using their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak both English and Spanish. I became a caregiver because I want to make a positive impact on people's lives, and I look forward to providing your family with reliable support.
